TICKETS TO THIS EVENT ARE SOLD OUT!

If you have ever wanted an excuse to visit Charleston, South Carolina, one of the most beautiful cities in the United States, you have it now!

The Ron Paul Institute and The Future of Freedom Foundation are teaming up to present an exciting, timely, and critically important conference in Charleston — and during one of the best seasons of the year!

The conference will be held on Sunday, April 29, from 1-5 p.m., which will enable you to come in on Friday or Saturday and visit Fort Sumter and go on a legendary tour of Charleston’s historic homes in a horse-drawn carriage.

Four speakers: Former U.S. Congressman and GOP presidential candidate Ron Paul, Ron Paul Institute executive director Daniel McAdams, The Citadel’s BB&T Distinguished Professor of Ethics and Free Enterprise Leadership Richard Ebeling, and FFF founder and president Jacob Hornberger.

Place: Mills House Wyndham Grand Hotel, 115 Meeting St., Charleston, South Carolina.

Admission price: $5. Students: Free.

The theme of the conference: “Non-interventionism: America’s Founding Foreign Policy.”

Our country is enmeshed in permanent, ongoing foreign wars and interventions. The results of foreign interventionism have been catastrophic, not only in terms of massive death and destruction abroad, but also in terms of ongoing, ever-growing destruction of liberty, privacy, and prosperity here at home.

It is time for America to do some serious soul-searching. The best place to begin is by examining first principles — especially the founding principle of non-interventionism on which our nation was founded and which remained its guiding principle for more than a century.

There are few forces in the universe more powerful than ideas on liberty. They have the potential to sweep across a nation and bring monumental paradigm shifts in society. That’s what we aim to do with the idea of non-interventionism. It is an idea whose time has come, again. It is the paradigm that will help restore liberty, peace, prosperity, privacy, and harmony to our land.

I hope you will join us for what promises to be a great conference. The fact that it is being held in a great city is an added bonus. We hope to see you there!
