....Andy Falkof of The Future of Freedom Foundation in Fairfax, VA, last month wrote a piece about the IRS that advocates abolition of the income tax and the IRS. He said the agency claims recent legislation has turned it into a shell of its former self, unable to collect what is "due." Well, those who have been on the bad side of the "old" IRS will tell you to thank God that it is a shell of its former self. Their collection tactics were pretty draconian, we were told.
